Are you an experienced Commercial Property Manager looking to manage a diverse commercial portfolio for a major client? We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded skilled to join our Brisbane CBD team.

Working in a team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio, ensuring solid asset performance through proactive management, financial oversight, stakeholder engagement, and strategic property advice.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the operational and financial performance of a commercial property portfolio.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, tenants, and service providers.
Manage lease administration, rent reviews, lease renewals, and tenant negotiations.
Prepare management reports, budgets, financial analysis, and business plans.
Monitor rental collections, outgoings recoveries, and arrears management.
Coordinate tenancy fit-outs and property improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate records and reporting through MRI and other property systems.
