Location: Redmond WA

Job Description:

3 + years’ Network Engineer experience in supporting production workplace including customer facing or customer support roles. Having Azure domain experiences is a big asset. Soft Skills Leadership - handle technically challenging and politically sensitive customer situations Solid communications skills – Excellent spoken and written English communication skills Effective,



polished interaction with customer to gather information quickly; explain customer responsibilities in resolving issue; communicate next steps and status; and inspire confidence The successful Support Engineer has the drive and intellectual horsepower to resolve difficult customer issues; directly supports customers through telephone, email, and chat services as applicable Demonstrable troubleshooting skills Cross-team collaboration

· Networking Skills

Experience with networking concepts including Load balancer, Routing, Switching, Security Experience and familiarity with networking tools (ping, tracert, wire shark, etc.) Understanding geo-redundancy, CDN and VPN technologies (site to site, point to site preferred, leased line) Experience and understanding of the OSI model and related concepts
