Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated training qualified competent in developing, scheduling, and delivering training and related activities and ensuring compliance with corporate and statutory requirements.

As the Training Coordinator reporting to the Training Superintendent, your duties include:
Validating training and assessment compliance of all Coal Mine workers at Capcoal.
Maintaining compliance of the Site Induction and delivering Inductions to Employees and Contractors
Assist in Coaching/Mentoring employees and contractors in developing skill/experience that’s relevant to work requirements to ensure all Coal Mine workers at Capcoal are trained, competent and authorised as per the Capcoal Mine Training and Competence Scheme.




Enforcing the requirements of the Coal Mine Training and Competence Scheme and Training Process.
Undertaking reviews on training performance, for continuous improvement of training procedures and processes.
Knowledge of Learning Management Systems in maintaining site compliance and provision of governance to ensure the systems are applied consistently across the mine.
Engage with key stakeholders in all aspects of training to assist in the delivery of the business plan.
Demonstrate being a ‘Safety Leader’ and encourage people to be Protected at Work, engage with the workforce to improvement Safety Culture performance.
