HCLTech is seeking an experienced Major Incident Manager to join our Melbourne service management team. You will manage and coordinate resolution of critical incidents, ensuring rapid restoration and explicit stakeholder communication from a 24x7 on-call roster.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in major incident or IT operations, solid ITIL knowledge, and hands-on experience with RCA, PIRs, and ServiceNow within enterprise settings.
