About the role

You'll be engaging members of the public respectfully in busy public spaces, sharing the Surf Life Saving story and helping raise ongoing support for the cause. This isn't retail, a kiosk job or a product pitch. You'll be having real conversations with the public about the volunteers who keep our beaches secure, and helping raise vital support for a fantastic cause. You'll represent a national brand with professionalism every shift and follow compliance standards while supporting your team on site.

About you
Confident talking to strangers
Accountable and open to feedback
Resilient - you understand a "no" isn't personal
Reliable and consistent, with a professional presentation
Available Monday to Friday on a standard 10-day fortnight
A driver's licence and your own car is a big plus,



as you'll travel to different sites across Brisbane / South East Queensland
Full Australian working rights and a current National Police Check required

Benefits
$35 per hour plus bonuses once you hit targets
Weekly pay
Casual role with full time hours (37.5 hours per week)
Monday to Friday daytime hours, plus optional Saturday and Sunday shifts for those interested, with weekend rates applying
Full paid training, a Surf Life Saving uniform and a personal safety alarm
A clear career pathway: Fundraiser → Senior Fundraiser → Field Leader → Coach → Senior Coach/QA Lead, with earning power increasing at each step
