Precision Labour Hire is currently seeking reliable Process & Production Workers for ongoing PM and night shift opportunities at a busy chemical manufacturing site based in Lytton.
These roles are based within a quick-paced chemical production environment, supporting both manufacturing and packaging operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating production and processing machinery
Working across production and packaging lines
Monitoring equipment and reporting faults
Performing basic fault finding and troubleshooting
Manual handling and palletising duties
Completing quality control checks
Identifying potential equipment or production issues
Maintaining a clean and safe work setting
Requirements:
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
Chemical manufacturing or machine operation experience highly regarded
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic fault finding
Robust problem-solving skills and initiative
Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling
Reliable with a strong work ethic and good attendance
Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team
Strong focus on safety and quality
Candidates must have full working rights in Australia, with no limitations on work hours or employment duration
PPE Requirements:
Yellow cotton shirt
Long pants
Steel-capped safety boots
Important PPE Requirement: Cotton PPE is mandatory in this chemical manufacturing environment. Polyester and other synthetic clothing will not be permitted.
