The Grout Guy is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team at our Head Office in Landsdale.

This is a fixed full-time position, and we are currently hiring team members for our 6:00am – 2:30pm and 8:00am – 4:30pm shift.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication platforms
Scheduling customer quotations and jobs for The Grout Guy team
Providing customers with clear guidance throughout The Grout Guy service process
Managing and adjusting schedules efficiently, often within tight timeframes
Working with Salesforce and other internal systems to maintain accurate records




Thriving in a busy, high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional customer service standards

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional phone manner
A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Previous scheduling and/or administration experience
The ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues across the business
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and perform under pressure
A positive attitude, robust work ethic, and a reliable, dependable approach
Confidence using computer systems and learning recent software platforms
