About The Role

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will support accurate financial reporting, month-end close, statutory compliance, fixed assets, reconciliations, controls and ongoing process improvement.

Duties
Prepare month-end journals, results and reconciliations
Maintain fixed assets, capex records and depreciation journals
Prepare BAS, GST, PAYG and assist with FBT compliance
Support external audit, financial statements and reporting
Improve accounting processes, controls and ERP reporting

Skills & Experience
CA, CPA or ACCA qualified with relevant tertiary studies
3 to 5+ years financial accounting experience
Strong month-end,



GL reconciliation and BAS exposure
Advanced Excel and confident accounting/ERP system skills
Transport, logistics, waste or operational sector experience valued
