About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly qualified and empathetic Educational Psychologist to join their student support services team in Queenstown . You will work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective intervention strategies. Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational assessments to identify learning disabilities, developmental delays, and emotional challenges.
Develop and implement evidence-based intervention strategies and support plans for individual students and groups.
Provide counseling and therapeutic support to students experiencing emotional or behavioral difficulties.
Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to provide guidance on student support and classroom strategies.




Liaise with external agencies and professionals to facilitate comprehensive care for students.
Maintain confidential and accurate records of assessments, interventions, and progress.

Requirements
Master's or Doctoral degree in Educational Psychology or a related field.
Registered with the relevant professional body (e.g., HPCSA).
Proven experience in conducting psycho-educational assessments and providing interventions.
Strong understanding of child development, learning theories, and mental health principles.
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills .
