About the role

Kingfisher Seafoods' is seeking a skilled Fish Filleter to join our team in our Camberwell, VIC 3124 location. As a full-time Fish Filleter, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately filleting and preparing a variety of fresh seafood products to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing
Expertly fillet, de-bone and prepare a range of fresh seafood products to customer specifications
Ensure all products meet Kingfisher Seafoods' high quality and presentation standards
Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic work environment
Assist with other general fish processing and preparation duties as required
Work collaboratively within our team

What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Fish Filleter or similar role in a seafood processing workplace
Excellent knife skills and the ability to fillet and prepare a wide variety of fish and seafood products
Robust attention to detail and commitment to high quality workmanship




Ability to work efficiently
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to recent processes and techniques
Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards
