This is a newly created position due to growth.

Role Overview
Be the welcoming face of the local mobility equipment showroom, supporting everyone from members of the public and NDIS / aged care customers to healthcare workers.
Conduct product demos and recommend the right mobility solution.
Handle sales, quotes and product ordering
Maintain a welcoming showroom appearance - join a friendly team at Mt Gambier.
Build relationships with suppliers and keep your product knowledge current.
This is a showroom-based role working closely with the local manager and service team and report to a supportive Regional Retail Manager.

Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with no weekends or late nights

Skills Required
Retail, hospitality, sales or customer service experience. People from a range of backgrounds do well in this role.
Warm, personable and well presented, with high levels of empathy, patience and professionalism.
An interest in helping people, particularly in the aged care and disability community.
Confident with computers and systems, and quick to pick up current processes.
Comfortable switching between customer-facing and admin tasks throughout the day.
Physically able to handle products such as walkers, chairs and beds.
Based in or around Mount Gambier.
Australian citizen or permanent resident.
