Call Centre Sales Team Leader

About the Role

Flick Anticimex is looking for two experienced and motivated Call Centre Sales Team Leaders to lead our high‑volume Inbound and Outbound Pest Control Sales teams based at our Brisbane Residential office in Geebung.

This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in fast‑paced call centre environments, loves driving performance, and enjoys coaching teams to achieve strong conversion results while maintaining exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, support, and motivate a team of Customer Sales Consultants in a high‑volume call centre environment
Monitor daily performance and ensure sales targets, KPIs, and conversion goals are achieved
Deliver real‑time floor coaching, call listening, and targeted performance feedback
Support onboarding and training of new team members
Maintain a positive, high‑performance team culture
Work closely with management to improve sales processes and operational efficiency

About You

You’re a confident, energetic sales leader who can balance performance, people leadership,



and customer outcomes in a quick‑moving environment.

Essential Experience
Proven experience in a high‑volume inbound and/or outbound call centre
Strong sales background, ideally within service‑based industries
Demonstrated success coaching sales teams and improving conversion rates
Experience leading or mentoring staff in a target‑driven workplace

Technical Skills
Experience with Genesys Cloud (highly desirable)
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Solid computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and reporting tools
Ability to interpret dashboards, call metrics, and performance data

Confident communicator who can influence and motivate
