About the Role

Our client is seeking a compassionate and skilled Early Years Facilitator to champion inclusive education within their program in Queenstown . Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver inclusive learning activities that cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
Adapt curriculum and teaching methods to support children with varying developmental abilities.
Collaborate closely with special needs educators, therapists, and parents to create individual support plans.
Facilitate positive social interactions and peer learning among all children.
Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that respects diversity.




Monitor and document each child's progress, celebrating achievements and identifying areas for support.

Requirements
Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education with a specialization in inclusive practices or special needs support.
Experience working with children with diverse learning needs.
Knowledge of inclusive education strategies and differentiation techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, parents, and professionals.
Patience, empathy, and a commitment to equitable education.
Relevant certifications in child safety and development are required.
