What the role involves
Working closely with our Design and Pattern teams from concept through to delivery
Sourcing fabrics and trims for each collection




Negotiating pricing with our offshore suppliers
Organising fabric testing
Approving bulk submissions
Reviewing QC reports
Raising bulk purchase orders
Maintaining the critical path and delivery schedule
Liaising with suppliers daily
Creating and uploading products into our system
Supporting our sustainability goals

What you bring

You're organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about product. Ideally, you have:
5+ years' experience in a similar role and robust knowledge of production processes
Mandarin language proficiency
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Proficiency in Apparel21 (although not essential)
Confidence negotiating with suppliers
A positive, adaptable attitude and excellent multitasking skills
