Our client, an cutting-edge and growing local community care provider, has entrusted us with the search for a new Scheduler

This is an excellent chance for an experienced workforce qualified who is passionate about supporting people, solving problems, and building strong relationships with frontline employees.

As the primary point of contact for employees, you will play a key role in workforce coordination, rostering, onboarding support, employee engagement, timesheet management, and workforce administration.

Success in this position requires patience, empathy, resilience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while finding practical solutions to daily workforce challenges.

Recent experience in scheduling and rostering within a community care environment is essential. This role will suit someone who understands the complexity of rostering while ensuring continuity of care and a positive employee experience.

Conveniently located within walking distance of a train station
Hybrid working arrangement of 2 days WFH, following successful completion of an agreed onboarding and training period
Paid on-call component, approximately one weekend in four
