EML is seeking a Senior Systems & Reporting Specialist to lead the ongoing management, development and maintenance of our People Systems (Workday). You will support security administration, process design, reporting and analytics, and help implement current technologies across the business.

The role is based in any EML office, in a Full time capacity, on a 6-month parental leave contract, with hybrid working options to support work-life balance.
