Credit Manager - Personal Banking, Sydney

Bank of China Sydney Branch is seeking a skilled energetic and highly motivated Credit Manager to join Due Diligence Team in Personal BankingDepartment.
This is a Two Year Maximum Term Contract subject to review for an on-going basis after the contract period.
Credit assessment of new loan applications based on the Bank's current Credit Policy and Responsible Lending Policy, including application supporting documents review and serviceability assessment, and security risk assessment etc
Ensure lending decisions are executed in line with credit policy and approval authority limits and/or in consultation with the appropriate signatory
Credit risk assessment regarding the post-settlement loan administration
Delivering credit policy training to lenders




Other responsibilities assigned by the management.
Tertiary degree in finance or related
Proven experience in Retail Banking environment
Experience in home loan lending or credit risk assessment is highly preferred.
The ability to build solid and lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Robust analytical & writing skills in Mandarin and English
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and autonomously
Knowledge of relevant legislative and regulatory requirements in the banking industry
Robust problem solving skills.
