What We’re Looking For
Minimum Tier 1 qualified (RG146 Insurance Broking) – non-negotiable.
Proven track record in broking, with results to back it up.
A customer first, natural closer with a hunter's mindset for current business.
Strong relationship-building skills – clients trust you and follow you.
Self-motivated, professional, and hungry for growth.
