What You’ll Do:

Drive system-wide performance improvements by analysing how complex trading systems interact with exchanges, identifying inefficiencies, and designing creative solutions in a highly competitive technical environment.

Your responsibilities will include:
Performing black-box analysis and reverse engineering to uncover bottlenecks
Designing statistical experiments to explain real-world system behaviour




Prototyping and testing new technologies and optimisation strategies
Analysing terabytes of network and system data for actionable insights
Collaborating with traders, engineers, and infrastructure specialists
