Maintenance Electrician

Erskine Park, Sydney

$54/hr + Shift Loading + OT + Super

Afternoon 15% loading - $62phr | Monday to Friday 2pm - 10pm

Night Shift 30% loading - $70phr | Sunday to Thursday 10pm - 6am

A leading manufacturing business based in Erskine Park is looking for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join its maintenance team.

There are opportunities across both afternoon and permanent night shifts , making this a great opportunity for electricians looking for a stable roster with attractive shift loadings and overtime opportunities.

The Role

Working as part of the site maintenance team, you will be responsible for keeping production equipment operating safely and efficiently, including:
Electrical fault finding and breakdown repairs across production machinery
Preventative and planned maintenance
Troubleshooting PLCs, motors, sensors, VSDs and control systems
Responding to equipment breakdowns and minimising production downtime
Supporting machinery upgrades, installations and continuous improvement projects
Working closely with production and maintenance teams
Ensuring all maintenance activities are completed safely and in accordance with site procedures

Afternoon Shift
Monday – Friday
$54/hr + 15% afternoon shift loading




Overtime available

Night Shift
Sunday – Thursday
$54/hr + 30% night shift loading
Overtime available

About You

We're looking for a qualified electrician with:
NSW Electrical Licence
Previous maintenance experience within FMCG, food, beverage, packaging or manufacturing
Strong electrical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
Experience working with automated production equipment
Knowledge of PLCs, motors, VSDs, sensors and industrial control systems
Strong preventative maintenance and breakdown experience
A proactive approach to troubleshooting and equipment reliability
Strong commitment to workplace safety
