The Role
Manage a portfolio of approximately 250 properties across the Northern Districts
Be the key point of contact for landlords, building robust and lasting relationships
Oversee arrears, maintenance, renewals, inspections and tribunal matters where required
Lead and work closely with your Assistant PM to keep the portfolio running smoothly
Drive portfolio growth and retention alongside the business

What You Bring
Current NSW Real Estate Licence
Proven experience running your own portfolio
Knowledge of the Northern Districts preferred
Solid communication skills and a proactive, organised approach
The ability to work collaboratively with and guide an assistant
A client first mindset and pride in high service standards
