The role involves following engineered plans, recording strata conditions, and ensuring safe, productive operation of heavy earthmoving equipment on rotating day/night shifts.

Camp accommodation and meals are provided. The ideal candidate has open-cut mining drill experience, robust communication, and a solid commitment to risk management and production targets.
