What You'll Do
Build and maintain corporate and channel client relationships across Australia and Oceania, driving the full sales cycle from lead generation → demand insights → demo → proposal → negotiation → contract, with ownership of delivery and renewals.
Partner with marketing to develop regional growth plans (trade shows, roadshows, online campaigns), track lead conversion, and conduct ROI reviews.
Coordinate internal resources (product, delivery, customer service, legal, supply chain) to ensure customer success and repeat business from contract to implementation.
Support local channel and retail partnerships (e.g., JB Hi-Fi, Harvey Norman), including materials preparation.




Capture localized market insights (competitors, pricing, channels, compliance) and codify scalable growth playbooks and SOPs.

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor's degree or above, any major; fluent in both Chinese and English.
Passionate about B2B / B2C sales; robust in communication, influence, and presentation; experience closing deals, customer acquisition, or partnership execution in internships / competitions / extracurricular activities is a plus.
Results-oriented, self-driven, quick learner with a data-driven mindset; able to use data to justify strategies and outcomes.
Able to quickly master recent tools and processes; willing to travel (client visits, international trade shows).

Nice to Have
Australian PR / Citizenship / valid work visa (hard requirement)
ANZ market experience or local network
Chinese language skills (to collaborate with Shenzhen HQ)
