Experienced Finance Officer / Bookkeeper

We are looking for a driven and experienced Finance Officer ready to step into an established, high-performing law firm and make the role their own.

About the Role

Trust accounting (experienced preferred, but training provided if not)

Use of cloud-based accounting system Xero (or similar) in daily transactions

Accounts receivable including raising sales invoices and following up overdue invoices

Income tracking using Microsoft Excel and Xero

Bank reconciliation, Trust and General accounts

BAS reporting

Payroll processing out of Xero (including superannuation)

Budget reporting

Etc.

This is an exciting role which encompasses both regulatory requirements and business performance aspects within a team-oriented team environment.

About You





Experienced bookkeeper or finance officer/manager

Familiar with Xero accounting software or similar cloud-based software

Experienced in Microsoft Excel

Ability to work with a team to meet financial deadlines
