Duties
Lead clinical governance, quality improvement and compliance with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards
Provide clinical oversight across a 70+ bed home with a dedicated memory support unit
Directly manage two Clinical Care Coordinators and Registered Nurses
Coach and mentor the clinical team to embed continuous improvement into daily practice
Report directly to the Home Manager,

Skills & Experience
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Demonstrated leadership experience in residential aged care
Proven experience in clinical governance and regulatory compliance
Strong understanding of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards
Ability to coach and inspire multidisciplinary clinical teams
