THE POSITION

Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages using commercial coffee equipment
n
Deliver exceptional customer service in a busy café environment
n
Operate POS systems and process cash and card transactions accurately
n
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and presentation
n
Build positive relationships with students, staff, and customers
n
Contribute to a welcoming, safe, and customer-focused café environment
n

THE PERSON

n

n
Previous Barista experience in a café, hospitality, or similar environment
n




Passion for coffee and delivering outstanding customer experiences
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
Current Blue Card, or the ability to obtain one
n
Remains calm, organised, and productive during busy service periods
n
Positive, approachable, and professional attitude
n
