Novotel Sydney International Airport, part of Accor, is seeking an experienced Banquet Duty Manager to lead seamless events from small meetings to gala dinners. You will oversee service delivery, liaise with F&B; and Sales teams, and create unforgettable guest experiences.

The role requires solid leadership in high-volume hospitality, a calm, skilled demeanour, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
