About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Research Scientist with expertise in Genomics and Proteomics to join their fully remote R&D; team. You will be at the forefront of cutting-edge research, analyzing complex biological systems using state-of-the-art technologies. This role involves the integration of multi-omics data to uncover novel biological insights and contribute to the development of innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities
Design and execute experiments involving genomics (e.g., sequencing, genotyping) and proteomics (e.g., mass spectrometry).
Analyze and interpret large-scale genomic and proteomic datasets using advanced bioinformatics tools and statistical methods.
Integrate data from multiple omics platforms to identify biological pathways and biomarkers.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop research hypotheses and experimental strategies.
Contribute to the preparation of scientific manuscripts, presentations, and grant proposals.

Requirements
Ph.D. in Genomics, Proteomics, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral or industry experience in genomics and/or proteomics research.
Hands-on experience with relevant experimental techniques and instrumentation.
Proficiency in data analysis software and programming languages (e.g., R, Python) for omics data.
Solid understanding of biological pathways, disease mechanisms, and statistical analysis.
