Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
Help customers through their loan application journey with care and clarity
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to progress applications
Provide timely updates and solve problems with a sense of urgency
Bring empathy, warmth and active listening to every interaction
Keep things moving - follow up with clients and partners to stay on track

What we’re looking for:
Explicit, confident communicator with outstanding listening skills
Empathetic and solutions-focused - you genuinely care about helping people
Resilient and adaptable in a high-volume, fast-paced workplace
Tech-savvy, accurate and confident juggling multiple systems
Contact centre experience is a big plus, but not essential
