Baltic Group is seeking a skilled Training Administrator to lead onboarding and ensure site compliance across the Bowen Basin and Mackay Region from our Pleystowe office. You will manage inductions, licenses, and training progression, coordinating with site trainers and Directors to keep workflows compliant and productive.

This is a full time role, Monday to Friday, 38 hours, with a work phone and laptop provided.
