Club Macquarie is seeking an experienced Casual Chef to join our busy catering team at Argenton, near Lake Macquarie. You will assist in the preparation and service of Club Bistro style food, including daily Chef Specials that are appealing and high-quality.
The ideal candidate has previous kitchen experience, thrives in a quick-paced setting, and is committed to food safety, WHS and hygiene practices. Flexibility to work across 7 days and nights as required will be highly regarded.
