We are looking for a Front of House Team Member to join our team in Ballarat. This role involves providing excellent customer service, assisting with food and beverage orders, and maintaining a clean and welcoming workplace for our customers.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and take orders
Prepare and serve food and beverages
Maintain cleanliness of the front of house area
Assist with inventory management
Requirements
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Availability to work weekends and public holidays
