Wellways is seeking an experienced Work Health and Safety (WHS) Project Lead to drive organisation-wide WHS improvements under the 2026–2027 strategy. This 12-month fixed-term, hybrid role reports to the National Manager WHS and coordinates key projects with operational teams and corporate functions.

You will lead major initiatives, monitor milestones, support audits and inspections, and help implement WHS systems, governance and reporting tools while building solid stakeholder engagement.
