Your responsibilities will include:
Managing new customer enquiries and sales opportunities
Building solid relationships with existing and prospective customers
Reviewing plans, drawings, specifications and tender documentation
Preparing accurate and competitive quotations
Estimating blinds, curtains, shutters and other window furnishing products
Actively following up quotations and converting opportunities into orders
Understanding customers' requirements and recommending appropriate solutions
Identifying prospects to increase sales and grow existing accounts
Liaising with builders, designers, architects and commercial customers
Negotiating pricing and working with customers to secure projects
Working closely with our operations and installation teams to ensure a smooth handover once a project is won
Maintaining solid communication with customers throughout the sales process

About You

We’re looking for someone who combines technical knowledge with a genuine sales mindset.

Ideally, you will have:
Experience in window furnishings, estimating, sales or account management




Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
A proactive approach to following up quotes and closing sales
Confidence communicating and negotiating with customers
Ability to read architectural plans and specifications
Solid attention to detail and numerical skills
Good computer and organisational skills
The ability to manage multiple prospects and priorities
A positive attitude and a strong team focus

Previous window furnishings experience would be highly regarded, but we would also consider someone with strong sales and estimating experience from the construction, interiors, fit-out or building products industries.
