We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Tractor Operator to join a great team in Toowoomba.

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll spend time both in the warehouse and out on farms operating tractors and spraying gypsum across orchards and farming properties.

We’re looking for someone with a excellent attitude and personality — someone who is happy to get stuck in, work hard and build good relationships with farmers and the wider team.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Operating tractors across various farms and orchards
Spraying and spreading gypsum as required
Travelling to farms throughout the local area
Assisting with warehouse duties when required
Loading, unloading and general yard/warehouse duties
Working closely with farmers and customers
Keeping machinery clean, safe and well maintained
Following all workplace and safety procedures
Jumping in and helping wherever needed

ABOUT YOU:
Previous tractor operating experience is highly regarded




Confident and comfortable operating machinery
Reliable and punctual
Positive attitude and a great personality
Comfortable interacting with farmers and customers
Happy to work both independently and as part of a team
Willing to jump in and help with warehouse duties
Physically fit and happy with a hands‑on role
Safety conscious
Looking for a long‑term position and somewhere you can build a career
