Qualifications & experience
Previous strong experience in sales required.
Previous experience in Auto Glass a plus but not essential
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace
Ability to work under pressure

Tasks & responsibilities




Provide support to the manager and the running of daily operations
Answering customer phone calls and responding to emails
Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a warm and qualified front-office presence.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries
Confirm all customer bookings for the next day
Providing quotes and processing leads and follow up of quotes (all training will be provided)
Explore customer needs and educate them on our full scope of services
Liaise with clients and technicians to ensure jobs are completed
Checking invoices against purchase orders
Types memos, correspondence, reports and other documents.
Providing administrative assistance to key internal staff
Record and update customer data and issues efficiently in CRM/support systems.
