Heidi is hiring a Senior AI Engineer in Melbourne to lead model customization, deployment, and customer delivery. You will own system design and use your experience to drive production AI systems that balance quality, cost, latency, and reliability.

You should have robust software or ML engineering skills and experience with at least two areas of our stack, plus familiarity with open-weight language models and the contemporary LLM ecosystem. We value transparent communication and pragmatic problem solving.
