Southern Cross Care NSW & ACT is seeking a Spiritual Care Coordinator for Caves Beach / Mawson Court. The role is across multiple SCC locations with adaptable schedule from part‑time to full‑time, focusing on compassionate, person‑centred spiritual and emotional support for residents and clients.

You’ll coordinate memorials and reflections, support through grief and end‑of‑life experiences, mentor volunteers, and integrate wellbeing insights into care planning and documentation.
