The Royal Automobile Club of WA Albany branch is seeking an exceptional Member Solutions Lead to assist the manager in leading the Albany service centre and guiding day-to-day operations. This full time, permanent role sits in the leadership team alongside the Team Manager, driving service, sales, and member satisfaction.

You will manage member enquiries, provide accurate information on RAC products, and develop coaching plans to improve performance while promoting campaigns and offerings.
