Randstad HR Partners is partnering with a digital services provider in Western Sydney for a People & Culture Business Partner to play a critical executionary role across our People & Culture (P&C;) team, business leaders, and employee population. This is a 18 month Fixed Term Contract opportunity. This energetic role suits an agile HR qualified with a robust process mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving continuous change management.
Working closely with P&C; Directors, Associate Directors, and Centres of Excellence (CoEs), you will solve complex people-related challenges and deliver value-adding HR solutions across the organisation.
