Resero Group is seeking a Plastics Technical Moulder & Team Leader at our Minto site to lead and mentor the plastics moulding team. You will oversee machine setup, tooling changes, and live production, acting as the hands-on technical expert to build moulding capability and drive high-quality outputs.
You will manage die setters and operators, partner with maintenance, and ensure safety and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on leadership role in a rapid-paced manufacturing workplace.
