The Role

This is an outstanding prospect to step into a broad commercial litigation role at Associate level, with exposure to market-leading work. The team has not recruited in the market for some time, making this a genuinely rare opening in a top-tier disputes practice.





You will act on strategically significant and headline-making matters spanning:
Complex commercial litigation and arbitration
Competition and consumer law disputes
Regulatory proceedings, class actions and investigations
Royal Commissions and other public inquiries
Multi-jurisdictional disputes across industries

The work is diverse, high-stakes and commercially critical, with clients ranging from ASX-listed corporates and global businesses to government departments.
