About the Role

Our client is looking for a friendly and skilled Customer Service Representative to join their dedicated support team in Queenstown . In this role, you will be the first point of contact for policyholders, assisting them with inquiries, processing service requests, and resolving issues related to their insurance policies. Your ability to provide empathetic and effective service will be key to maintaining our client's high standards of customer satisfaction within the Eastern Cape . Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Assist policyholders with policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and general information.
Process service requests accurately and efficiently, ensuring all data is updated in the system.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with patience and empathy,



escalating complex cases when necessary.
Educate customers on policy perks, coverage options, and available services.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the insurance sector.
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and standard office tools.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
