Foundations Care in Bundaberg Qld is seeking a Service Manager to lead our SIL program, guiding youth workers to help young people live independently and model trauma-informed practice. The role requires solid leadership and a passion for empowering youth.

You will coach staff, supervise practice, coordinate referrals, ensure safety and well-being, develop activity plans, manage resources, and support compliance with child safety standards within the SIL service framework.
