Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize and design instructional frameworks for recent online courses, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and curriculum standards.

Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to translate complex information into accessible and effective online learning modules.

Requirements
Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and developing online courses and digital learning content.
Proficiency with various e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Strong understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and user experience (UX) principles in learning.
Excellent project management, communication, and collaborative skills for remote teamwork.
