The University of Western Australia is seeking a Compliance Manager to support the implementation of the employment compliance framework and assurance activities. You will analyse legislation, instruments, policies and payroll requirements to provide advice and develop controls on entitlements and conditions.

You will work with colleagues across People & Culture and operations to design and strengthen controls, uplift compliance capability and promote consistent, defensible workforce practices.
