Little Sister restaurant in Cairns is looking for 2 skilled full time Cook with at least 3 years experience who is hardworking and organised. Little Sister is a locally owned and operated restaurant that has been proudly serving its customers since 2022.

Work experience – Minimum 1 year

Qualifications – Diploma in Hospitality

Salary : Base Salary $71500 and be eligible for future promotion.

Responsibilities:
Food preparation and cooking, plating, presentation
Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies
Menu planning, budgeting and estimate food requirements
Following food safety requirements
Check quality of ingredients and quality of dishes
Preparing food to meet special dietary requirements
Kitchen maintenance and cleaning
May recruit and train staff

Requirements:
Ability to work in a team
Very valuable communication skills
Robust knowledge of proper food handling procedures
Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
