About the job

You'll work with customers who may be experiencing challenging financial circumstances, helping them find fair, realistic and practical solutions. This isn't about simply making a collection call. It's about listening, understanding each customer's situation and having genuine conversations that help move things forward. You'll join a supportive, inclusive and down-to-earth team where you can make a difference to customers and build valuable experience in financial services.

Monday-Friday | 8:30am-5:00pm
No weekends - hello, work-life balance!

What you'll be doing
Have meaningful conversations with customers with empathy, professionalism and respect
Negotiate fair and realistic repayment solutions
Support customers experiencing financial hardship




Manage customer accounts in line with compliance requirements
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Identify ways to improve processes and customer outcomes

About You

You might come from collections, customer service, banking, lending, hardship or another customer-facing environment. We're looking for someone who is:
A confident communicator who can handle sensitive conversations
Empathetic and enjoys helping people
A natural problem-solver
Resilient, organised and proactive
Comfortable working in a regulated workplace
