About this Position

Henkel is on the lookout for someone to join the team on a part time basis (2 days per week) as a Technical Hair Advisor. In this role, you’ll use your skilled hairdressing expertise to support consumers across Australia and Current Zealand, providing technical advice, product recommendations and solutions across the Henkel and Schwarzkopf portfolio.

You’ll also partner with Sales and Marketing to deliver engaging technical education, including webinars, retailer training, masterclasses and product knowledge resources. With exposure to product launches, innovation, testing and influencer initiatives, you’ll play a key role in sharing consumer insights, identifying opportunities for improvement and helping deliver exceptional customer experiences while strengthening the Schwarzkopf brand.

What you´ll do




Respond to consumer enquiries, complaints, feedback and technical questions.
Provide expert hair care and colour advice, product recommendations and education.
Manage consumer cases, documentation, reporting, follow-ups and resolutions.
Develop and deliver retailer training, webinars, masterclasses and learning content.
Partner with Sales and Marketing on customer engagement and product launches.
Analyse consumer feedback and trends, escalating product and quality concerns.
Support product testing, innovation, influencer programs and technical projects.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as reasonably required.
