Bunnings is looking for a Department Manager to oversee daily operations, sales and high‑volume stock in a specialist area. You’ll lead 20+ team members, train staff, and report to the Operations Manager and Complex Manager to deliver Best Experience and the widest range at best prices.

You will monitor service levels, liaise with Merchandising and Health & Safety teams, and manage weekend rosters. A focus on safety, engagement, and solid KPI performance will be essential to success.
